Working with one of the UKs leading automation and control specialists as part of their extensive team, we have been heavily involved in recent projects from software concept and systems architecture through to requirements, design, implementation and testing.
Baggage Handling
We have developed and maintain baggage handling libraries for a number of vendors in the marketplace. Our systems are installed in various airports throughout Europe.
Working with key vendors, our team lead a major conversion process at Heathrow Terminal 4, bringing the existing Siemens S5 control system up to date using modern S7-1500 hardware and maintainable software. The project was a major success and provided the basis of a more comprehensive expansion and refurbishment of the terminal.
Bespoke Machines
Working with the North Easts leading control systems and automation solutions provider, we have been involved in developing complex software for bespoke machines, working alongside hydraulics and custom tooling specialists.
Automated test equipment solutions address manual and obsolete testing challenges by decreasing the need for operator intervention, providing consistent test workflow, and overall improved performance traceability, thus maximizing the possibility of improving accuracy, consistency, and test throughput. Their purpose is to streamline the testing process, from data collection and analysis to visualization and reporting.
Subsea Engineering
We have experience of producing systems and software to SIL2 for subsea projects using the Rockwell ICS Triplex platform.
